No way to exchange parts

Came to Bestbuy and was told that the only thing I can do is to pack the phone, return it and wait a week for the new one to come... I literally just install everything in the phone. I love the phone and everything but this is such a hassle that a one-month purchase should not encounter. Buy it only you know your charger won't break.

First, hold down both the power and volumes buttons simultaneously until the phone vibrates (about 30-40 seconds). Next follow the reboot instruction as they appear on the screen. Serious lack of convenience for $500

No HDMI-out (via USB-C port), no Miracast, and Chromecast does not travel well at all. This makes it difficult to go to a friend's house and show a movie on their TV.

The 2nd nexus 6p was working good until it started having problems with the camera it took too Long to save the picture .the phone start to get hot and the system crash all the time . took it back and got me a lg g4 and I love it

Frustrated. Issues with sending texts.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I’ve had a Nexus 6P for about 2 months and was a satisfied customer up until 3 days ago. The cellular network type drops to HSPA instead of using LTE, even though LTE is clearly selected under my settings. In my situation, I can receive text, but I am not able to send text over a cellular network. I have to rely on Wi-fi and other apps (like Messenger) to send a message. This is a known issue and has not been fixed. Google search “Issue 197102: Nexus 6p drops to hspa instead of lte on 6.0.1.” I would not recommend a Nexus 6P based on this issue. Sending a text over a cellular network should be a basic function on a smart phone. Also, the phone is useless when I need GPS (e.g. Google Maps does not work, it just hangs while trying to make a connection over a network). Very frustrated. Also, my carrier is not the problem (Zain in Bahrain). I’ve contacted them first and we’ve determined that my phone is configured correctly and using the right Access Point Name. If you google-search this known issue, you can see that this defect appears in different countries on different carriers, and the only thing that is in common is all have Nexus 6p on Android version 6.0.1.

This version of the 6P was specifically designed for the U.S. Market, while it does off support with a wide range of international network bands due to your specific location some of the functionality may be altered do to your specific location. We recommend contacting Huawei Support in your region as they may be able to assist you further with your issue. Well, immediately i found out that this phone suffers from severe bluetooth issues. I've logged multiple complaints with Huawei and Google, either thru the phones feedback option, thru email and forums. I've constantly been told that there is a known issue and someone is working on an update. Well, 5 months later and still no fix. This is absolute GARBAGE. IF you take a chance on this phone and you find any issues with WiFi or bluetooth, immediately return it and get something different. I will NEVER buy another Huawei or Google phone again
