not a great phone

First, this phone has SEVERE echo problems when making internet calls such as Skype or Google Hangouts. The echo is so bad that my friend and i returned our Honor 5x phones. Our other phones do not have this problem. Second, the phone is laggy due to the user interface and takes forever to boot. Honor (Huawei) needs to address these 2 issues ..

If you're having issues within their app, we advise that you contact their customer service team for assistance. If your 5X is laggy, we advise shutting off your phone for 15-20 seconds. It's terrible as internet 4g connection. buy anything on this price, but not this phone. I curse this phone very single day...it's a company phone so i can't choose

Hold both the power button and volume button down simultaneously until the device vibrates (about 30-40 seconds). Once the device powers back on, follow the reboot instructions as they appear on the screen. Speaker phone quality is poor

We highly recommend not using the device when it is charging to avoid overheating. Note: Your phone is provided with Huawei's unique overheat protection. When your phone is overheated, it will limit the charging circuit. You can close some applications such as video and games, or power off your phone. After your phone's temperature decreases, your phone can be charged properly.
