But I can't see app twin menu in setting s to enable send account for Whatsapp. I called Huawei customer service and did on line chat multiple times. Customer service people have no idea why it's not showing the option in menu. Asked me to return it. BB will charge me $35 restocking fee. I brought this phone to have 2 different whatsapp accounts and which is not working. BT connectivity also issue can't connect to my Charge2.

We understand that this situation can be really frustrating, however in order to improve the battery life of your device we kindly ask you to follow the instructions mentioned below.
If your device's battery is dying faster than it has in the past, see whether any apps are using too much battery.
Step 1: See which apps use the most battery.
1. Open your device's Settings app.
2. Tap Battery.
3. See a list of apps and services, and the percentage of your battery that each app has used since your last full charge.
4. To get details and change options that could save battery, tap an app or service in the list.
Step 2: Force problem apps to stop.
You don't need to close apps unless something goes wrong. Swiping apps closed doesn't save battery.
But to completely turn off an app, including any background services that may be using battery, you can force stop the app. To force stop and restart is like a "hard reboot" for an app.
Important: If you force stop some essential apps or services, your device may not work correctly. Force stop isn't available for all apps.
To force stop an app:
1. Open your device's Settings app.
2. Tap Apps.
3. Pick the app from the list.
4. Tap Force stop > OK.
To start a stopped app, tap that app to open it as usual.
Step 3: Uninstall problem apps
If an app still uses too much battery after you've force stopped and restarted it, you may want to uninstall it.
1. Touch & hold the app that you want to uninstall.
2. Drag the app to the Uninstall icon at the top of the screen.
3. Release the app.
If no specific app is causing the battery drain, try these troubleshooting steps. These steps can fix issues that could be draining your battery in the background.
Restart your device
To restart your phone, press your device's power button for about 30 seconds, until your device restarts. Rebooting your device gives it a fresh start. Sometimes, that's all you need to fix an issue.

System updates can bring improvements that may fix your issue.

We would like to suggest you some steps to improve your battery performance and your experience:
On your phone please go to PHONE MANAGER and then touch “Battery manager”.
>To optimize the performance: Touch Optimize, here your phone will check for power consumption problems and automatically optimize performance. To further reduce power consumption, see “Optimizable issues”. Select “View” or “Optimize” to adjust the power settings manually.
> To restrict applications: please touch “Protected apps” and turn off the switch next to the applications that you do not want to run in the background when the screen is locked.
> To Close power-intensive applications: Touch Power usage firewall (power-intensive apps), select the desired applications, and then touch X to close them..
> To view detailed battery usage statistics touch “Power usage details” and touch “Comsuption level” to check which apps are using more battery.
Please try some of the steps describe below to improve the function of you device:
>Check whether the slowness is caused by overheating. Your phone has Huawei's unique overheat protection design installed. When it gets hot, the mechanism will limit the phone's performance.
It is recommended that you change the Power plan under Phone Manager to Performance when you play games or watch videos.
>Check whether your battery is low. When the power is low, performance is limited to lengthen battery life and protect the phone. Please recharge your phone.
>Check whether any applications are running in the background, which may be putting an extra load on your phone. If so, it is recommended that you close that applications that you rarely use.
>Check whether you have installed any third-party applications through unofficial channels. If so, it is recommended that you uninstall them and download applications from official channels.
Please make sure there is enough storage space on your phone and microSD card. It is recommended that you use Phone Manager to clear the storage space on a regular basis.
>Check whether applications have slowed down due to network connection issues. Make sure the network connection is normal.

Great Phone with no contract!

It has android Nougat now, and is totally customizable. I'm not a power user by any means but this thing will last 3 days between charges. Don't game on it much so I can't say anything about that, but the picture quality is awesome and it's a snappy phone. Looks good too, I got a glass screen protector and case the day I bought it so I can't comment on how durable it is. The fingerprint reader is on back and unlocks in a snap. Apps open quickly and I have not have any issues running anything yet. As far as functionality, this thing looks great and works great, well worth $199!
