It can be frustrating to have this kind of issues with your device, we recommend to try the following steps to solve it.
1. You must enable Developer Options
1A. Enabling "Developer Options" is a quick 3-Step process: Go to Settings>About Phone>You will see "Build Number" tap on the Build Number option several times. If successful you will be prompted with a message "You are now a developer".
2. Go to settings, scroll to the bottom of the page and select "Developer Options"
3. Enable Developer Options and scroll down until you reach "Input"
4. Enable "Show Taps" and "Pointer Location".
5. Once enabled you can make Drawing patterns on the Touchscreen to ensure there are no defects on the screen.

I have owned the Iphone 5c and hated the reception and sound. I purchased a BLU RH1D and thought it was too slow, not enough memory, and the reception was slightly better than the 5C but it still would drop calls in certain areas. I purchased this phone based on the recommendation from the wireless rep at Best Buy. Hey Best Buy would allow me to return it if it did not work out within 14 days anyway. Well, this phone gets better reception, great sound, and a battery life that is impressive. It is also very responsive and loads apps quickly. For the price, I thought I was going to get something so-so, but this phone is nice for the person who wants a good phone without dropping $700 or more or putting yourself on a payment plan. Thank you Best Buy for the recommendation. My only complaint would be that it would be nice if you carried a case for it in the store and I would like to see some headphones for the phone included but neither were deal breakers. Without those items, it just pushes me to another website to purchase there instead.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.For the price, this phone is a no brainer. it is fast, has a great screen takes good pictures and has all of the features you'd ever need. It is missing a few small things that the $749 Pixel has, but I don't think they are worth an extra $500. In particular, it is missing NFC (so you can't use Google Pay to pay with your phone), and it won't connect to 5Ghz Wifi channels. Big deal. Everything else is fantastic, however, I would recommend doing 2 things when you get your phone. 1. Immediately download the GoogleNow Launcher, Apex Launcher, Nova Launcher or some other 3rd party launcher. The UI that ships with the phone is pretty bad (although it will get mush better with the soon-to-be-released Nougat OS upgrade). 2. Purchase a tempered glass screen protector. Love this phone and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for an Android phone.

Fast, good camera, and enough memory space. The only downfall would be the slippery surface on the back portion of the phone, which led to a broken screen. Sad. Excellent for my needs!

Performance is very good, battery life excellent, on-board memory is good at 32gb plus will handle up to 128gb SD card. My previous phone was a Nexus5 which I was quite happy with for a long time but it began to show its age in a variety of ways, not the least of which was technologically. After a fair amount of research I chose the Huawei Honor-6 for a,variety of reasons. I am happy to report that after a few months of use I am very pleased! I find the battery life to be incredibly good. I have to reboot the phone only every one to two months. Highly recommend!

Most mid rangers feel like there has to be sacrifices somewhere (camera, processor, outdated OS etc.) Not with the 6X, it may lack NFC but I don't really use mobile payments much. The UI is fast and fluid and so far the battery life has exceeded my expectations! The Camera is top notch which is awesome! Looking forward to owning more phones from Huawei!

Great Phone, Screen get broken from a small fall

But otherwise the phone is amazing, and I don't know why people spend money for more expensive phones, again I love the phone, what bothers me is the poor screen quality, the res. Is amazing, but it got broken from a small fall, might be usually it will not happen, don't know. Anyway I still give it 5 stars

The picture quality is very nice. Display is very nice and clear. Battery also gives a day support, which is over eight to ten hours. Durable and very strong structure. It was dropped over hundred times and still it is working same as the day one. It was the best phone during 2017/18 which is better than iPhone and Samsung or so on. I will buy again if I get one in the market.

It is a perfect combination of latest technology and economic affordability. 3GB ram and 2.1 Ghz processor.. I think even iphones aren't this fast and upgraded with technology! For people blinded with "branded phones" this phone is an eye opener!

Best buy discontinued 5x so I went with 6x due to durabililty of 5x. However, there are couple of things that i don't like about 6x: 1-feels heavier than 5x. 2-Don't come with complimentary phone case like 5x 3-this is a big deal, phone does not have double tap to wake screen, big disappointment. Hope one day huawei will relese this feature. 4-very slippery Other then the 4 downsides above, phone is very fast and camera has wide apperture give nice bokeh.

Great phone, except..
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this phone not long ago, and I don't need to have a phone with everything on it. But there is 1 big issue for me that is giving me second thoughts on keeping this phone. Everytime the screen times out, or I hit the lock button on the side, Google music player, or Pandora if I'm using that stops working. I'm not sure if it's software, bug, of just how this phone operates, but It's so agitating! I never had this problem with my note 3, and I shouldn't have to pay so much attention to turning it back on, or keeping the screen up. I contacted the local BB where I purchased the phone, but was told to call the 800 number because they don't have that much knowledge on site, but kept getting bounced around from claims, to tech support, and was getting tired of explaining my issue repeatedly. I am still within my policy to return/exchange and I'm doing so tomorrow. Music, texting/talking, and surfing is all I need and this phone doesn't let me enjoy 1 of my big needs.
