Best phone I ever

I got Oneplus3 as replacement for my lumia 950. Saw this phone and fell in love with the screen and the glass back! Emui 4.0 was a bit disappointing but after an hour of setting up the phone and getting used to, an update appeared on the notification for Emui 5 with android N. After updating, the experience is a lot better. Please update the phone before getting upset. This phone is the best phone I ever used. Considering the price, the build quality, battery and camera this phone is hard to beat. I also wanted to mention the call quality is superb compared to the phones I previously owned. I don't know the tech behind it but I can say it is miles ahead compared to oneplus3 in call quality. Second to lumia 950 due to the hd voice support on ATT. Looking forward for more Honor flagship phone in the future. Great job.

The size is just right and the phone is not too heavy or thick. I purchased this phone while traveling. My other phone gave out and I was happy to purchase this phone at Best Buy in NY. Im liking the sapphire blue color.. Ive had this phone for over a month now and there are no visible scratches on the screen. I dont even use a screen cover. I purchased a 32 gb memory card with the phone. Photos and video capture are good. Definitely recommend.

The K Chip with 4 GB RAM enables you to open multiple apps running at the same time without freezing. Downsides: the camera megapixels could be better and definitely need a case - the phone is pretty slippery. But compared to all the fancy phones out there ranging $699+, this is a great bang for your buck!

We understand that you feel the 12 megapixel count could be higher however if you take advantage of your cameras features such as laser autofocus and dual-LED (dual tone) flash the image quality of your photos would be greatly enhanced. As for the slipperiness of the phone, we suggest you go to a third party merchant and buy a protective case for your phone which will add traction to the grip. Overall nice phone

Phone was better before Nougat 7.0 and emui 5.0 update as far as battery life goes. Before update navigation to work with Waze app only used up 3% battery life. Now drops 5-6% after update. Similar overall decrease in battery performance in general. So, most likely related to update. Overall phone is faster than my Moto X Pure. Battery life was allot better than Moto X Pure before update. Now on par with Moto X Pure after update. Haven't fully explored phone, but so far impressed. Luckily haven't experienced network/wifi connectivity issues others have experienced. Phone also is also compatible with Samsung Gear Fit 2. If the battery issue is resolved, I'd give it a rating of 5.

Affordable Flagship

I upgraded from an Asus Zenfone Laser and her from a Galaxy S4. Extremely happy with our purchase. These phones have a premium flagship level feel along with the performance to go with it for a fraction of the price of the Samsung and Pixel phones. Highly recommended. Battery life is fantastic. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend or buy again. I do recommend a case though. The phone is all glass and can be slippery.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I'm tired of paying $600-700 every two years for a new phone and a two year contract that is overpriced as well, so we opted for this phone at half the price as the I phone or Samsung. So far we are very pleased. It takes amazing pictures. Better than either the aforementioned phones and does everything else to the same level. I like it better than my I phone 6+, especially at half the price. We travel internationally a lot, so the dual sim cards and wi-fi hotspot are excellent features. Only complaint is that when you turn on the Wi-Fi hotspot, it drains the battery much faster. We just leave it plugged into the computer or the wall plug in that case. Great purchase.

You are right, the dual camera on the device is amazing, the build-in ISP, aligned with the depth measurement ISP, improve the focus, speeds and processing to your photo taken.
To improve your battery life in those cases that you can not plug your phone we recommend you the following:
Please open "Phone Manager" and then touch "Battery manager". There you will be able to:
>Optimize performance: Touch "Optimize". Your phone will check for power consumption problems and automatically optimize performance. To further reduce power consumption, see "Optimizable issues". Select "View" or "Optimize" to adjust the power settings manually.
>Restrict applications: Touch "Protected apps" and turn off the switch next to the applications that you do not want to run in the background when the screen is locked.
>Close power-intensive applications: Touch P"ower usage firewall (power-intensive apps)", select the desired applications, and then touch "X" to close them.
