Awesome phone! Screen is amazing. Battery life is great.

Outstanding phone! All the flagship phone features minus the price. Huawei has really made a name for themselves, reliable, fast, beautiful phones with incredibly competitive prices. I upgraded from a Huawei Honor 8, well I guess I shouldn't say upgrade, I had no need to replace the Honor 8 I was just to excited to try out another device by the company. PROS: (are many) -Build quality, full metal construction that cleverly disguises antenna lines. -Big Screen! 5.9" is a two hander. -Camera is incredible, being a Leica fan I was looking forward to the lens on this phone and was blown away. -Quick charge from 0-100 in 86minutes -Speakers are comparable to HTC boomsoumd and that's high praise. -Fingerprint is lightning fast -I have mustered 2 full days of use with about 10% battery remaining. -Comes with a neat little case. -Very bright and vivid screen. -IR blaster! THE MEH -Screen could be 1440p but that would hike up the price. -Fairly Slippery -Decent audio performance -Huawei Launcher isn't bad at all, but some people prefer less of an 'IOS' feel CONS (are fewer) -Very little actions to be done from lock screen. -Viewing angles aren't anything to write home about. -I wish all the legal stuff wasn't printed right on the back of the beautiful aluminum, kind of disrupts the look. OTHER THOUGHTS: -I'd recommend trying one in the hand first, it's big and heavy. Not for everyone. -Fingerprint Reader is kind of a reach. Not much else to be said, the phone is an Absolute peach, if you are debating purchasing this device stop now and just buy it. Keep up the great work Huawei.

i loved this phone, it was really easy to use and apply apps. I liked the big screen it was clear and easy for these old eyes to read. Only problem I moved to NM and it doesn't work on verizon, att here is not very good, so I gave it back in within 2 weeks and have a samsung 7 edge which I don't like anywhere near as much, sigh.

Huawei is making some really good phone right now. Crispy display, good UI design, fast system response, comfortable grip. Only complain is the display resolution is at FHD instead of 2K which is pretty much a standard among top of the line Android devices.

Great camera and high resolution in a stylish big screen phone.A good replacement for the Samsung Note.

This is my second Huawei phone. I like the phones style and function. A Google rep tried to convince me the value of the Pixel by demonstrating the quick fingerprint responsiveness... This phone opens on touch. MUCH faster than the Pixel. Everything about the phone is efficient and done with ease... HIGHLY recommend it!

Great phone for the price. Fast and multi tasking.

Bought for my husband as a birthday gift, it works way more fast than his 3 year old Iphone 6 plus. The photo the camera takes is a little bit yellow though,iphone's picture is always way too bright. Fingerprint unlock is way more fast than Iphone 6 plus as well. Overall goodbuy. Good size for man not woman. LOL!

This phone really is exceptional. Its solidly built, and even though it does have the emui skin, its still very close to stock android. No lag at all, and you can expand the memory up to two terabytes! The screen is sharp, with excellent colors. Probably the best phone out there, and a real competition to the pixel.

This phone is great if you are looking for a phone that gives off a premium feel, but without the premium price tag, from the Karen 960 chipset that is very fast and comparable to the Snapdragon 835, to the amazing duel camera setup, this phone will be great for anyone looking for a new device.

I had a samsung galazy s7 edge before this and this camera is supposed to be better. This camera is definitely not as good as my samsung. The photos from this camera come out grainy if you zoom in. The battery life is the only thing good about this phone

Does not use all feature on samsung gear s2 watch but it us a great phone

Battery life is okay doesn't seem as long as advertised online. The OS is also a little bloated I hate when a phone doesn't let you delete apps. Personally like Google phones more.

This phone does literally everything I want it to do. I had the Google Nexus 6p by Huawei before and loved it until it unfortunately got left in an uber. This was a phenomenal replacement and have never been happier to have to shell out the 600 dollars for a new phone. #Worthit

I have been more than happy with almost everything about the phone, except for the fact I can't set the start and end date for my data plan, as the data resets on the first of the month. I does what you expect from an android phone, and I would recommend this phone to anyone.

I hav been a long time iphone user until i have trid the huawei honor 8 which got my attntion with its glass like appearanc and the color blue bod, and then iv switch to this mate 9. it feels like bigger, buffer, and faster honor 8. with better camera lens. totally keeping it.

It runs smoothly without any issues . Plenty of space to store videos, pictures , and apps. Even though it is only 1080p display, it looks phenomenal. You will not be disappointed with this Huawei product.

This is the answer to what ever consumer asks for, great battery life, great screen, great customization, but one handed use is non-existent.

This is a great phone. I love the big screen, The GREAT battery life. If you want a great phone that will last you all day and has great features but don't want to pay $800 or more dollars for Apple or Samsung, then this is a GREAT $600 phone that you will be happy with.
