    Fitness tracker not so good.

    It's great and looks great. I just wish I could make and receive calls and the fitness tracker is definitely not accurate if it even calculates. I don't know if that is because I am not always hooked up to wifi/bluetooth or if it just isn't accurate.

    This is my 2nd watch the first one was the samsung gear s2 too small and look like 4 girl ,I brought now the watch huawei and I really really happy with the watch but the only I don't like is not keyboard including:( And the charge is no wireless some times is dificult center the pins :( the battery is good last for one day and sometimes 2 days :) the screen look fantastic! ,I will like to buy the leather band but price is high 80 dollar :( Thanks huawei 4 this beautiful watch.

    Stylish and functional

    After reading countless reviews and watching numerous videos reviews and unboxings, I finally decided to pull the trigger and buy this watch. If you watch an unboxing video you'll get an idea of the care taken by Huawei to show that this is a premium product. I was able to sync the watch easily with my Samsung S7 Edge. There are videos showing how to remove links to adjust the size of the band. Also the 18mm band is easy to remove and replace with bands from Huawei and various other manufacturers. One weird thing I noticed was that during the first few days of ownership, the watch downloaded and install several updates. Sometimes the changes were obvious (image changes and more options), sometimes not so much. Not a big deal, just thought it odd as most devices don't update that frequently. The way I see it, updates are usually improvements based on bugs or user input Other than that, this watch is a great buy that i highly recommend, especially with Best Buy willing to price match with known vendors. I noticed that the prices tends to fluctuate daily, so keep an eye out for the right price.

Please keep in mind that removing links from the band and replacing bands of another brand may void the warranty. The update that you noticed was the Android Wear update that enabled the speaker inside the watch making it capable of making and receiving phone calls. Thank you for shopping with Huawei.     This has got to be not only the best Android smartwatch but also the best looking one on the market. I love all the features that come with with the watch. I do agree that charging the watch can be a little tricky but nothing too bad.

    Great smartwatch for Android!

    I was skeptical as a semi-off brand compared to Apple or Samsung. I bought this watch to pair with my Samsung Galaxy S7 and I can say everything from the high quality boxing, to unboxing to pairing with my Galaxy S7 has made this phone enjoyable. It is very easy to set up, pair and use. I use it daily and has not let me down. I would highly recommend this watch to anyone looking for a quality piece that has the high tech with it.

    No service after purchase

    Bought this watch in november 2015, button has already fallen off without any damage or abuse and best buy wont do anything unless you buy their replacement plan, which goes for every item in their store, no replace plan=your on your own to deal with manufacturers, and this huawei watch is unrepairable at the factory- they told me since the button fell off my warranty is voided WTF and cant even be repaired if i pay, basically 3 months use now its a $400 paperweight

    packaging and watch look great but the band is a pain in the you know what to put on and get adjusted.I had to factory reset 3 times to finally get it synced. It couldn't find my Samsung phone even though the phone found it. It found my Apple TV, my Panasonic TV and my Alienware PC though. It finally connected to my secondary Wi Fi but not my primary that all my other devices use. I have a Moto 360 also and it was so much easier. I would recommend looking at the Moto rather than this piece pretty as it might be

    Watch Is Awesome - OS Isn't

    The actual watch is great, but Google forces the version of Android Wear (OS) to update to 1.5, which all but disables vibration. I even contacted Google Support (after of three days of my own research) only to be told after an hour that: "Yeah, I don't want say this it is a part of the update." Well, thanks a lot Google. What information are you gathering that makes it so important for you to keep pushing a broken update? I returned the gorgeous watch...because of Google.

    Beware My daughter bought this watch for me Christmas 2016. I loved the watch then 3/29/17 it just started to reboot and wouldn't stop. After jumping through hoops i finally got the OK to return the watch to Huawei for Warranty repair. Well after 3 weeks they can or won't fix it. They are just keep it. I don't know where to turn. They won't put me on the phone with a supervisor but can not tell me anything, other than it is at the tech center... HELP HELP HELP... sand me my watch back fixed or a new one....The worst customer service ever. 45 minute wait each time I call...emails ignored..

    Nice but......

    I really wanted to like this watch however the vibration makes more noise than vibrates. You can hear the vibration across the room and its annoying. Because of this I had to return it.

    Just after 7 days it is no longer powering up. Went dark while was fully charged in the morning while I was driving to work. It never came back no matter how long I hold the power button or keep it on charger.

      We're sorry to hear about your Huawei Watch not turning on. Try these steps first before you exchange the device at Best Buy. There's a good chance the battery may be empty. If so, connect your watch to the charging cradle. The [lightning bolt/battery] icon will be displayed to indicate that the watch is charging. The watch will power on automatically after charging for a few minutes.

      If the watch does not power on after charging and becomes warm to the touch, follow the steps below:

      Check that the watch is in the correct position on the charging cradle and fully connected to the charging pins.
      Check that there are no foreign objects on the charging cradle or metal contacts. In addition, check that there is no sign of corrosion on the metal contacts and ensure that the charging pins are not bent.

      If the charging cradle or metal contacts are damaged, contact your Huawei service center at.+1-888-548-2934. (NS) HuaweiCustomerCare
