It’s very intuitive, screen formats are easy to read, and extremely comfortable. The only thing I dong like is that every time the watch battery dies, you have to manually re sync to your phone. Not a big deal though. Overall, love this device and would highly recommend

I have made calls while driving using google assistant and it works good. Conversations via watch were good.You can receive calls also comfortably . I have controlled my car music using watch but not sure if you can play it directly via watch . Overall - I am happy with my watch experience.

Returned. Other than that it is a really good watch I would have kept it if it wasnt for the size

This watch is decent. It is not any improvement over the 1st watch. It is just OK. I didn't have that sporty or premium feeling with this watch. Hopefully classic watch will be better. I reverted back to gear S3 for now.

Only problem was I paid on line and when I picked up the watch there was a price tag $9.00 lower than what I paid. Costumer service said they couldn't do anything about it and I needed to contact online department, which is impossible.

It is thick, but not uncomfortably so, and the two pushers work reliably. The Huawei software is good, but not great. It does a solid job tracking daily steps and always-on heart rate, and when you tell it to start a formal exercise session, like a run, the details it can provide about the run are excellent. Overall I would recommend it as a good hybrid smartwatch/fitness tracker worth the reasonable price.
