Company does not stand by their product

My wife and son opened it up to try it a while later and the thing stopped working right away we threw it away would never recommend this product. Tried to call manufacture and they would not help us with anything about it. Do not buy this product.

Where is my product

First of all how is that possible. Second, even though it’s 2019 I still don’t have both of the items I bought. Where are they? Also my credit card was charged.

At first it shocked me because it was squeezed my feet, but, I got use to it . I keep it ready to use. I made A good choice. I give it A-5-STAR.
