Frustrating that I have to have an adaptor to use basic computer accessories (like a external mouse). And...it doesn't seat securely to the laptop. A tiny bump or slight movement causes it to lose connection—and that happens often.

It works well but this is my second one in less than a year. It doesn’t secure in very good so it’s always disconnecting from my computer sadly and I feel like I’ll break it. It’d be 5 stars if they made something to stabilize it while connected

Decided to go with the 1 USB C connector and it works just fine. Also, works to mirror display from my Ipad 11 inch Pro to TV Via HDMI cord.

I highly recommend this product. Your money would be well spent.

This hub was recommended by the staff at Best Buy and I am really glad I got it since I need a USB port for my MacBook. It is streamlined, light and out of the way.

Overall good quality docking station exactly as advertised. Works well with my Mac Air laptop. I use it to facilitate a larger external monitor as the latest Macbook's do not have the ability to connect directly to an external monitor. I am happy with my purchase.

Bought this with a new MacBook because we have a lot of peripherals that are USB-C. Works good and allows us to utilize the older peripherals.

Was loose fitting in the Mac book 13" we bought. Never felt 100% secure. But it is nice to be able to use USB ports on a mac. Its almost like they should just have them....

This 7 port USB hob works great and is easy to use.

This handy little item lets me use all my "stuff" with my new Mac. I don't need any additional cables or anything else to use my old free standing back up and archive hard drives or cards from cameras, etc. Lots of "stuff" from my past computing is accessible thru this universal USB-C hub. Just plug it in and find the files your were looking for. This hub simply plugs into the ports on the side of your laptop Mac. No more electronic cables going all over the place.

The Hyperdrive USB hub is a valuable member of my accessories for my MacBook. It is small, dependable, and versatile Could not function without it.

My mouse and external sound card (dac) are connected to this hub. With the recent update from Catalina to Big Sur, the devices are not detected after the computer sleeps. The hub needs to be unplugged and plugged back in.
