A: The black stick is for Dell laptops. I plugged it into my Mac and it works like a charm. I don’t know if the usb-c with thunderbolt port is the reason it doesn’t work but I had no issues. You don’t want to move it around a lot either if you’re having connection issues too. Hope that’s helps m8
A: Yes, this is compatible with the Dell XPS 13 9360.
Q: Does this hub allow you to charge ipad while using the other ports
A: Yes it does...it’s very versatile
Q: Would this work with an Iphone 8?

Q: Does it work with the new IPad Pro!
A: Hi Judo, The device will work with the new iPad Pro. There is, also, options for iPad Pro specific hubs sold through Best Buy. Models: HD319B and HD319E.
A: Hi Patty. Yes, the little light on the HyperDrive will stay on, but do not worry about power consumption -it is very miniscule.
Q: Where is this product made/manufactured?
