    It’s sleek, but it does hand slightly off the bottom of my computer. It’s not a big deal, it just doesn’t sit exactly even when the computer. I feel like it slows down the charging of my computer when I use it, I’m not sure why but I prefer to charge my computer without using that.

    I returned this HyperDrive with a drive that has 2 C-USB male ports to connect it more securely that the singal one.

    When you use the 1/8" plug to more securely attach it, it sticks out the back a couple of inches. Everything seems to work ok, though...

    I had to buy a new computer and I am a Mac user. The New Mac Air computer no longer comes with a USB. So I purchased a Hyperdrive so I am able to use the USB for my Superdrive CD. Main reason for purchase that I can download my CD Collection. It dose not work. However just purchase a USBC connecter with a usb. That will work.

    It doesn't provide 2 USB C ports, it basically provided a throughput for the one the hub uses. It also covered one of the USB ports I already had so effectively it only added 1 USB 3.1 port. It also did not work with my USB bluetooth receiver. It could solve some peoples issues but not mines at this current time on this laptop.

    I purchased this for my MacBook Pro M1. I do not like the design of it because the usb-c on the hub bends over time. For the price of the hub, I would expect more; like my MacBook charging while plugged into it. Other than that, it does its job and still is working after serval months of everyday use.

    This was a huge disappointment. I should have read the other one-star reviews. The device did not stay plugged in, which disrupted data transfers. I returned it and bought the one with two USB-C plugs, hoping that having two plugs would stabilize things. No such luck, so I returned that one, too.
