This product will not fit around cases

They should have put a USB on the lap top but apple is not always so intelligent. I had to return it because taking my lap top out of the case repeatedly was more dangerous then just not having it in the first place.

Excellent Dongle

Good, but a bit flimsy

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.When I went to pick up the HyperDrive, I was looking for the 9-banger, but all they had was the 7-banger...The main difference (other than the two ports) is the 7-banger has a profile that attaches to both connectors instead of a cord and dongle...I was afraid of snapping the darn thing off in the Mac USB-C ports
