Quirky. Need to sometimes install backwards

I have trouble getting two devices to work at once. There are better options for the money.

Not sure what the problem is.

Replacement worked better but is inconsistent. Don't know if it's my fault of the Citrix software I use for work. Now the USB port isn't working with my mouse. I'm planning to return it.
