You have to remove the cover from the bottom in order to attach securely. Then it died...Worked for about a week then died only this it would do is charge any other plugins would not work. Called the number on the back of the box for support for the company. They sent me a RMA number but no return shipping label. I went ahead and paid the $7 buck, they said they will send out a new one...
