    I bought this to connect my macbook with my monitor. However, if I keep it connected for more than 30-40 minutes and keep the power plugged in, both the macbook and the adapter becomes really hot. I would not recommend this.

    It works great,but a bit disappointed that I have to remove the laptop protective bottom cover for this to fit properly. Wish I bought the single cable rather than this module.
