I purchased this with my new macbook air, and it has been so helpful! Comes with so many different ports like usb and sd (which I use a lot for my business)! It works great and comes with a really nice leather casing which is also amazing so it stays protected. So happy with this purchase! Oh also, you can charge your macbook from it as well!

The device won't keep anything but USB C connected. That means USB A, HDMI, etc. It's very annoying. And it won't keep docked to the computer. It's made out of cheap plastic, and the color goes off after time. It does not transfer, it only provides power. The MicroSD card slot is perfectly fine, but the full-sized SD card slot doesn't even work. It takes up 2 ports, which is fine. It makes my fans spin at almost full RPM. Note, that I'm using a 2017 MacBook Pro 15 mid-tier model. Personally, I am returning this item. I'd recommend it if you're using it STRICTLY to make your laptop a desktop, and don't mind if it makes your fans spin, only provides power, etc.

It is a must buy if you buy a new apple computer. Since thunderbolt 3 is the only ports it/they have. This takes up two of the four ports in order to work.

I am very happy with this purchase especially due to the absence of multiple plug-ins on the MacBook Pro. It doesn’t get in the way of computer use and matches the color of the laptop.

Dock provides all the ports you need most of the time. Gets a little warm.

My biggest issue with this is that if you move your laptop, the hub can sometimes disconnect. It doesn’t attach super securely to the laptop so make sure you don’t do any disruptive movements with your laptop.

Bought a new MacBook and had to buy an adapter for USB connection. Works well but had to remove Protective case on MacBook to get it to work probably. I would only recommend it because it is necessary for certain connections.

This was a good addition to my MacBook that didn't have all the ports that I wanted in it. Sometimes it doesn't want to charge my iPhone when the cord is plugged into the USB port. But it's better than having all sorts of different adapters.

Overall nice adapter connections provided. Only downside is that if you have a cover for your laptop it doesn’t fit correctly. You need to slide cover down or completely remove the cover.

Having only USB-C's on my new MacBook Pro was the only thing I was pretty hesitant on. Thankfully, the awesome Apple Rep at my local Best Buy showed me this unit that help me shed all my fears away. It has two USB ports plus a HDMI part and a USB-C still for charging. The best part? It connects directly to the laptop as an attachment vs a dongle thing that connects via cable.

This device works as described and provides several usb ports as well as other ports. The only setback is that is does not fit perfectly flush with the macbook pro. Aside from that it operates fine.

This adapter serves like a mini docking station for my Mac. I consider it a must have for presenting, and it's an easy way to hook in an HDMI projector without having to worry about it coming out of the ports on the side

I’ve had this for 6 months and it’s much better than having to buy several adaptors. I use it a lot and haven’t had any problem with it. It still works like it did the first day ;) . I’m usually the only person in the room with a Mac that also has the HDMI adaptor and it’s been useful especially when I want to show my team something on the computer. It’s a good product.

It works great however after you use it for a long time it could get hot, so have to give a break to cool off if not it will make thkngs run slow. Other than that, allows things to run smoothly.

This adapter is pretty good for those who have the new Mac laptop. Has all the outlets for the wires we use the most (USB, HDMI, etc.). If you have a case on your laptop, you may have to remove the bottom portion (every time you use the adapter) of it as the adapter piece cannot properly click into place. Other than that downside, it works great!

Considering apples insanity with removing every port possible and making you carry a bag full of cables, this thing saves the day. Worth every penny.

This adapter has everything in it. It matches your MacBook and sets flush with it. I also like that it lights up when your charging your Mac. The only thing I don’t like it fits a little loose but it doesn’t effect it.

This hub is awesome, I question my purchase but over time I found myself using this more than I thought. For camera users, the Sd card reader is clutch! This thing even has an hdmi port! Great purchase
