Another good device, works well with our Pro. Like most Apple peripherals, a bit pricey but at least it's a slightly better value than Apple branded products.

This item was shipped timely and works well. I needed it for my MacBook Pro because there aren't many USB-c friendly devices out yet. This allows me to use old computer accessories with my new mac.

Everything the average person would need only negative would be it’s not level with the laptop wish it were thicker.

As somebody used to conventional USB cables and devices, I was a bit daunted by the new USB-C configuration on my MacBook Pro. However, this adapter makes life so much easier, allowing me to use my older devices and cables, as well as providing additional ports and memory card slots. I love it!

Pricey, but I like the way it connects to the laptop. I had to trim the protective cover that I have so the hub would connect snug to the side of the laptop.

Works exactly as needed. I’ve read some reviews so I make sure to push it all the way in and keep the laptop steady so there is no accidental disconnection, and so far so good.

I have had the hyperdrive for a couple months now and it hasn't given me a problem. the only bad thing I have to say about this is the price that's about it.

This is an amazing device that eases Mac use a hundred-fold. It takes care of all your input needs plus charges your computer to boot. Cannot recommend this enough. There are 2 models that I am aware of - a 1-prong and a 2-prong - I recommend the 2-prong because it is more stable.

I only wish it would still work with my laptop case on! The laptop feels so vulnerable without one, but I’d need to remove it to use this, and that bums me out!

Don't want to carry around a bunch of dongles? This is the product. I wish it had a few more useful ports and color space gray matched the MacBook color. But overall useful product!

Apple keeps making things difficult by making everything connect to usb-c. This is necessary for any macbook owner

It has a variety of slots, but it should have an extra usb slot. I think its a little expensive, but it is cheaper than other brands. However it gets really hot while its plugged.

Works great haven't had any problems with it. Love that it is the same color and blends perfectly with my laptop.

The good: * Two Thunderbolt 3-capable USB-C ports, which charge the MacBook no problem. 2 USB 3.0, 1 HDMI, 1 SD, and 1 MicroSD round out a pretty decent hub offering. * Aesthetically pleasing, honestly looks great plugged into the MacBook The bad: * Ports are very stubborn. You have to press firmly to plug in, and worse you have to really yank a cord out to remove it. Gets old VERY fast. * Does take up both TB3 ports (or both on one side, for the four TB3 port models), and is a little less convenient than the "dongle" type hubs.

I have a brand new 2017 macbook pro and unfortunately I had to return the product and buy a different brand because it never worked. All it would do was charge my computer. I did contact support they email me back like 3-4 days later and I had already returned their product after trying to trouble shoot it on my own but it would not work. The new one I bought is the J5 CREATE plugged it in no and without a hassle everything works.

I have to admit, I was a little sticker-shocked when I saw the price. But looking at the alternatives, it seemed like the most compact adapter with the most options. DEFINITELY worth the investment, and better than carrying around a half dozen individual adapters to piece together.
