This is awesome. I love having the ability to connect whatever I want to my MacBook.

This works great. Has all the ports one needs. All that’s missing is an Ethernet port.

This has allowed me to view picture3s on a stick drive. That is what I wanted it for.

I love this adapter overall (Obviously because it provides something my MAC doesn't have built in) It just hurt a little paying $100 for it. But when it comes down to when you need it, i guess the price is worth it.

This works as promised. The only thing I don’t like is that even though it can be used on both sides of the computer if you use it on the right side it covers the head phone hole. Either using a Bluetooth headset or being left handed would fix the problem

Seamless adding of ports to Mac Book computer. Very pleased with way it worked.

Works great. Lots of ports and easy to use. Only issue is that, of course, it's expensive.

Perfect design and function which provides a consolidated alternative to individual MAC connectors.

Helpful if you need to charge another device or use an HDMI.

...for me. The MacBook Pro is lightweight, compact and powerful and can do many things. It CAN play DVDs and CDs and direct displays to an auxiliary monitor IF you have the HyperDrive Hub, so for me, who likes to have a 2nd display and view DVDs, this accessory was a MUST HAVE. It expands the potential of the MacBook so much, I don;t know why one would not be without one!

The hub works, but has two major design limitations. It's ridiculously easy to jar the twin usb connections loose. Bump the unit ever so slightly and it will lose both connectivity and power. Definitely would not recommend for an external media drive. Second, you cannot use this with any type of protective skin/cover on the MBP, as the connections must be completely flush in order to work. I purchased this along with my MBP; however, it was returned days later for a better option. If your laptop functions basically as a desktop and doesn't need to be portable all the time, this might work out just fine for you.

Keeps all my cords below the desktop out of the way and does everything it needs to do.

It is a very good product to buy for an iMac. Allows for many ports to be connected in an easy device.

It’s easy to use and it runs fast. It is great use for multiple devices to be plugged in.

The new MacBook Pros do not have USB or SD ports. They have a new port for the power cord, so this Hyperdrive thing plugs into two of the power ports allowing you to have USB, SD, etc, ports. It works, but looks kinda obtrusive sticking out the side of your MB Pro.
