Problem with AUX jack

However I have never been able to get the headphone Jack to work wit any headphones. Thought it might be a problem with settings but I can’t figure it out. Maybe the AUX port is compromised in some way? It’s frustrating that you have to buy one of these in the first place because Apple won’t put enough ports on their laptops and wants to force you to buy Air Pods when you have a bunch of earbuds already.

Overpriced & low quality

I regretted it the first day. It got really hot upon first use, and the next day the Ethernet doesn’t work at all. I’m planning on returning today.

Avoid this hub!

Today was the last straw when the Ethernet port died leaving me unable to have a wired connection on my computer. Like the others have reported, this hub gets extremely hot. I won't be buying a HyperDrive product again.
