Hdmi port has failed

love the longer connection cable with HyperDrive
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Best Buy guys were great and pointed me in the right direction when I needed a USB-C hub for any USB-C device, If you had few of these hubs. You know how the connection cable never feels long enough, especially when you need to connect to the tablet that have ports in mid air. Bestbuy told me to try this one out and they were right, not only this one has a longer cable, it also has all the USB port ( 3 of them ) I need with HDMI and even Ethernet. I am really happy with my purchase with the best buy on this Hyperdrive!

Great product, perfect for my iPad & MacBook!

It lays flat on my desk when connected to my iPad and I can easily access all the ports. Super light and great for an on-the-go person like me. I accidentally dropped it, but it didn't even get scratched so that truly proves how sturdy and stable the hub is. The connection is fast. Great product overall. Highly recommended!

External USB-A camera and mic are not recognized
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased the Hyperdrive Viper for a new MacBook Air M1 to use my existing USB-A Logitech camera and Fifine mic on Zoom. Neither is recognized when plugged into Viper, either with or without external power. Neither show up on System Preferences. Both work flawlessly in all of my other Macs with USB ports. If Hyperdrive or Sanho Corp. is monitoring these reviews, please let me know how to contact someone in your company before I return the device to Best Buy. I would be happy to update my review if we can figure this out. Thanks!
