I have to say purchasing at Best Buy has been my go-to for electronics. 1st their advise in store is excellent! I research reviews on their website before going in and there are typically a large number of reviews with extended details. This product was exactly as described and has worked out great for the new laptop we purchased at Best Buy.

I bought a new laptop and it didn’t have any outlets except for the C cord. So I went to Best Buy. The gentleman was very nice very helpful and he helped me pick this out. I’m very happy.
