Just OK
||Posted . Owned for 5 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It’s a bit awkward to use it on the back or neck area. To place it on the back I have to lay down against it but it is uncomfortable. If I place it on my neck it vibrates too harshly even on the lower settings. I think YMMV but I think it is better to save up for a massage chair.

Not sure what its actually doing
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I don't want to give this a 1 star, but to be honest its vibration is very rough... don't be cheap if your looking for a massage gun and want to get this because it's cheaper... don't just splurge and get the one you actually want. This one is very painful when using and I actually found the vibration instability makes this much less effective than just using a standard foam roller where you can apply the pressure by body weight and have greater control

Hyper mini ball
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.A bit too large, vibration has several levels, seems to be fine but it can be improved for small areas

Returned
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was excited to receive this massage ball and bought two; however, after trying it out, it's nothing more than a small vibration that does nothing more for me. The vibration is not strong enough. I end up returning both. It's a great idea but the vibration doesn't help with my pain at all.

Posted .Hey there! Vibration therapy consists of repeated rapid oscillations of localized pressure into the body’s muscle and connective tissues. Lower speeds are useful for muscle relaxation and recovery while high speed is more ideal for muscle activation and performance. Muscles involuntarily relax and contract, promoting the body’s recovery from aches and pains, and helping enhance range of motion, pain tolerance, and muscle performance. If the vibration is not strong enough we do suggest trying out our Vyper, as this device puts out stronger vibration! Reach out to our HyperCare team at Hyperice.com if you have any questions.

Big Massage in a Mini Ball
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.• After meditation and on a far infared biomat, my daily discipline is a pre-yoga percussive massage to loosen muscles and fascia. • Having tried and purchased many handheld percussive massagers, I have a good basis for comparison. • Whether an athlete or not, if you have a tendency to build tension in specific areas, the HYPERICE-mini HYPERSHERE is a handy tool for target work as well as an easy way to hit mapped points for both shiatsu and acupressure. • And, if you do build post work out lactic acid, you will find the tool helps push the congestion into your lymphatic system for subsequent removal by drainage pathways: skin, bowels, respiratory system, etc • While on a yoga mat or a cushioned exercise mat, I can easily roll my back, calves, hamstrings, feet and hands over the sphere for general tension release, warming specific muscle groups. • The HYPERSPHERE is also a lovely objet d’art as well as a travel companion that can maintain circulation on a flight or while working at the laptop, for example, affording a hands free lower back or foot massage. • For travel, jazzed that my SPHERE stows easily in my carry on and still packs high enough rpm’s to ramp up circulation when there's no time/space for a vibration platform or trampoline. • Regular bodywork not only balances and stabilizes but, also, supports skin brushing and the nutrition needed to move out the industrial waste conveyed by air, water and food. • 1st time usb cord charge requires 2 hrs but thereafter recharge as battery level ights indicate. Get 2 hours run time but let rest after 1 hour of runtime. • Reminder: After LED lights indicate unit is fully charged, remove the cord AND depress the ON/off button for a FULL 3 seconds to activate the unit or you might think you have a dead sphere on your hands. • 3 levels of intensity offer a wide range of vibrational frequency to deepen or lessen penetration. • One final consideration, to assist efforts to restore muscular skeletal balance, among other protocols, explore increasing mineralization, electrolytes, etc before and after exercise and especially after detox baths. • At ~$99, Best Buy seems to win best price award so far. But, you can spend more if you prefer a lime green shell over solid black. GREAT GIFT IDEA: Rugged unit; handsome packaging; useful bodywork tool for athletes of all ages as well as the elderly and others who need help with circulation due to mobility issues

Massage Bachine!
||Posted . Owned for 11 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This thing actually works! Not worth it
||Posted . Owned for 5 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This little ball barely vibrates. It isn't useful for targeting specific areas and isn't useful for general relief either. I returned it after about 2 weeks of using it when I realized that it just shakes in place.

Plantar fasciitis has met its match!!!
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. When I got this I had my doubts. I have had various foot pain for years with no real relief except maybe an expensive massage. So, why not try this...what is there to lose? I plugged the softball sized ball in with the included cord (VERY short cord) and charged it up. Once charged I turned it on and WOW...3 levels of vibration- the third one is kind of scary. I grabbed an old towel, folded it a few times and placed it on the floor for cushion, set the ball on it on level 1 and washed dishes while rolling my foot around, at times almost standing on it (hold up to 250lbs) I went back and forth between feet for about 15 minutes and after about 5 minutes off the ball, my feet stopped hurting for a while. I have been doing this every day and my feet are happy!!! This would be a perfect gift for anyone with achy feet or subject to plantar fasciitis. Someday I may use it for the spasming back muscles! The charge lasts a long time (been using it for about 15-25 mins a day and has been on the same charge for 5 days) as well and uses the universal charger.
