I have 3 herniated discs in my deck and sore knees after a long day of work (lots of sitting involved). This little ball can work wonders on your aches and pains and/or just stimulate blood flow to improve your overall well-being. It's small enough to throw in your bag and take to work or just use it at home, either while sitting on the couch, laying on a carpeted floor (or exercise/yoga mat) or leaning against a wall. The massaging strength is amazing for such a small device and the battery life is incredible (especially considering that the quoted 2 hours is at the highest setting - it will last even longer if you use it on low or medium).

I have the Vyper, hyper sphere and venom, so of course I would want this. Venom is great loosening up the back. Vyper is an excellent roller for large areas, while the hyper sphere gets in deep for local areas. Being smaller in size, the mini does what the sphere does, but deeper. This is great for those knots (like calf) that regular rollers just go over. Another recovery and recuperation tool to add to the arsenal

Even though this ball looks like a TOY it is NOT. The Hyperice - Hypersphere is a very strong vibrating massage ball. Constructed of harder textured rubber it gives it a very rugged fit and finish. This ball is meant to be able to target certain areas of the body (while being compact and portable) and it does that quite well, however, for me this didnt work as well as I hoped. Having gone through spinal fusion due to scoliosis I have really always had back pain. I figured this ball would help loosen up my lower back but unfortunately it hasn't. The vibration is VERY strong in this device even on the lowest setting. In my situation this may not be the best product due to the small size and the way my back has been fused. The vibration is just too concentrated for my use in which a roller or something larger would fit me better I believe. With my experience I cant say I recommend the ball for my type of use but with careful consideration I believe this device could help a lot of people with different needs.

I got this for my wife. She said it works well. Lots of different exercises and information online. She gets leg and foot cramping and said this helps. Her one complaint was how hard it was. They should make a cover or some kind of softer cage to wrap around it when needed otherwise seems like a useful tool.

    Great massage but awkward

The Hypersphere massage ball has a great vibrating mechanism with three different speeds and seems to be extremely durable of high quality materials. When placed on the body, it feels like it does a good job of providing a deep massage, but because of the shape it is very difficult to hold and move, especially on the highest speed. I'm not sure if it's meant to hold in one place and move around or roll around like a ball, but either way is not comfortable. The amount of surface area in contact with the skin is very small (only the tip of the sphere). This would be a wonderful device if the design would allow for a less awkward way of applying the massage. That being said, my husband still loves it.

this device was interesting to us, since we regularly have sore muscles and we have a few devices that help ease muscle pain. This ball, has a weird control "panel" on it, but once you figure out how to turn it on and off, and to regulate the intensity, it turned out to be kind of interesting. However, it is very intense, you need to use it on a mat or rug or in bed, NOT an wood/tile floors, and it may be to intense for older/in experienced users. This wouldn't be my first choice, if looking for a massager....

Having enjoyed the Hyperice Vyper 2.0 Roller, I was looking forward to using the Hyperice Mini Vibrating Massage Ball. One downside of that big roller is it doesn’t reach smaller muscles like shoulders. The good news is that the Mini Ball is indeed able to cover smaller muscles. The bad news is it doesn’t penetrate enough to give you that deep tissue massage that you crave. My advice is to get the Vyper 2.0 for larger muscles, and get a real hand massage for the rest.

Love this things, it's a bit bigger than a lacrosse ball. But vibrates well and holds a charge forever. I keep it in my workout bag

I received this device and first off turning it on, it was a hassle at the start. Second, it is smaller than I would imagine and although the speed changes, it is still too small to really get any treatment from the device which I would figure this would provide. Instead its basically a massage ball and I held it on muscles and it did nothing for me at all. I am not sure I would recommend this to anyone.

Sad Day for the Vibrating Ball.

Hypersphere would not take a charge after maybe 12hours of being connected to a power source. Tried another day still nothing. Returned item for a complete credit. Spoke to a friend who got one and had the same problem. sad deal, was looking forward to having a long time relationship with this unit.
