Purchased this product to relieve lower back pain. The vibration appears to relieve muscle tension. Don’t keep the ball in one position from more than two or three minutes otherwise it tends to cause irritation. Move the ball in different positions.

I was really close to buying the Hypervolt, but at $350 it is $200 more expensive than this model, and i had an opportunity (a student discount!) to get this for around $70. For $70 I feel like I get a full massage in a few minutes. I have periodic issues with my feet, lower back, legs and neck and this absolutely TACKLES them for me. So glad I got this instead of a Hypervolt or a foot massager considering this device is so versatile. So thrilled with the purchase.

Here 's my honest opinion on this product . I bought this cause I have shoulder pain/neck pain . This has greatly helped reduce the pain . To me setting 1 is the best no need for 2 and 3 its very powerful . The one thing that really bothers me about this device is it is not USB-C ! we are in 2021 yet they use usb micro . Last thing I want to do is figure out which way to plug this in . Also for my 70 year old mother that suffers from back pain I was considering buying her this . Until I realized she would probably damage the charging port trying to figure out how it plugs in. Maybe you guys can add usb-c in your next update maybe also consider wireless charging or a charging base .

Hit all tight muscle and gets the job done. Just pack it in your bag and set for quick recovery after workout or practice.

This is my 3rd hyperice and second mini. Great for releaving back and neck pain. Battery lasts a while and if you use it everyday expect something to wear out in about 6 months. Great product worth the money!

I've always wanted one, now i finally found it and bought it. I really liked it, the only downside is the intensity is not too high as much as i needed like my other massage gun. But it's great for traveling as it's so small.

Bought as stocking stuffers and ended up with an extra.. Was pleasantly surprised how great it works.. Feet massages with this is clutch..

This is great. We have one of the gun massagers but it’s difficult to use on yourself. With this, you can put it under your trigger point and just lie on it. I use it on the bed so it’s a little less intense. All three speeds are powerful. I’m glad I bought this one instead of some off brand ones I was considering.

It's been almost a year since I purchased it when it first released. It's still holding up strong and battery life is great. This does the job when you want to get a warm-up in or stretch after a workout. Well worth the money I'd say.

Really good back massager that holds a charge extremely well. Not as effective or impactful as the drill style, but far less expensive.

If you have a problem with numbing of the hands, this works very well to bring the feeling and blood flow back to your fingers. The ball fits very well in your palm and is also great for the back and legs.
