This thing can really get through the knots in my muscles. It will vibrate you, especially if you are trying to use it by your head you will really feel the vibrations. This works amazing for helping those sore muscles after a workout but more than that I’ve found that it is amazing for relieving pressure from some of my old injuries that come back if I don’t keep up on certain exercises. The best way to describe the bullet head (not sure if that is the name but that is what it looks like) is that it hurts so good. I used it on my deep tissue between my shoulder blade and spine and the results were amazing. The best part is I got to choose how much pressure I want. There are five speeds and it is simple to use. I love the light right that lets you know the battery level with color. The quality is top notch, the only thing I wish it had was a case for all of it, at least there is a case for the interchangeable heads.

Didn't really do anything for me, feel the same whether i use it or not. Could be just me, its well made.

Let me start by saying this is more of a 4.5/5 star review, but I leaned more towards just giving it 5 instead of 4 stars. All in all, the Hyperice Hypervolt Pro 2 is an excellent massage gun. I've owned and used other brands, but this one definitely takes the cake. Here are the pros and cons of the device. PROS - Powerful 90w motor that provides some excellent percussion therapy. Even on level 1 intensity this thing rocks your body (in a good way!). I find this level and level 2 a great way to loosen the muscles up before a workout (or after). Anything above level 2 I would use for therapy related treatment, like a very sore muscle, a muscle knot, trouble area etc. Level 5 will shake your body to it's core (again in a good way). - Great battery life. I can get over an hour of usage on this thing after a full charge which is more than other guns I've used. Takes about 2-3 hours I would say for a full charge. - The app! This actually is a great app, the Hyperice app. It connects via Bluetooth to this device and has guided massages that you can do in the app. It is as simple as choosing which body part you want to massage on the app, and the app provides you different guided routines to work out that area INCLUDING full area/zone treatments and full body (like sleep routines). All you have to do is hold the gun and the app syncs to your device and does the rest for you. Very nice. It is guided as well so it tells you where to position it, which attachment to use etc. - Portability: This thing is very portable, I put it in my gym bag, my work bag, whatever bag, it fits. Also the battery comes off very easily so you can really make it fit wherever you want it to go. - Attachments: All the attachments are great, and it will tell you which each attachment does. You get 5 with this model which is very nice, they all serve their purpose and I like that you have the versatility of them. CONS - I am not sure if I like the dial feature. It works well, but it is kind of a pain when you are massaging yourself and need to adjust the speed. Depending on what you are doing, you have to cross your hands over eachother to adjust the dial or stop what you're doing (depending). I would've preferred something more... ergonomic? - I really wish there was a way to turn the battery light off on the device. It is nifty to tell you how your battery life is, but if you're in bed at nighttime and don't want the light on, you kind of have to suffer with this bright green light in your eyes. Maybe a future update in the app will have this feature? Would be nice. - Little hard to use on the mid back. Just the shape of this device and the handle makes it a little harder to use in this area, but not terrible. All in all, this thing rocks. My workouts are better because of this device. I am able to warm up faster, cool down faster, recover faster, and even use it in-between weight sets to relax the muscles. It helps my sore feet, my sore hands, my bad back, my tight neck, you name it!

I have been using the Hypervolt 2 Pro for a couple of weeks now and it has been an absolute game changer. I struggle with lower back pains often, especially after workouts. Using the Hypervolt has made recovering from those pains a substantially shorter process. In fact, last week I used it and it definitely saved me a trip to the chiropractor. The increased blood flow and deep tissue massage put everything back in order quickly and the pain was gone within a half hour. My wife also suffers from chronic pain and we have been able to use this wonder to keep her pains from becoming debilitating. The battery life is more than sufficient to complete a therapy session for her and myself without coming close to needing a recharge. Being able to dial in the amount and intensity of beats means we can each have just the right amount of pressure and the easily interchangeable heads makes targeting the correct spots a breeze. A friend of mine who had shoulder surgery a couple of months back used it one day and was so impressed with the relief he got that he left here and went to buy his own! I am a firm believer in the Hypervolt 2 Pro now and would recommend it to anyone who has pains from working out or from other muscle-related issues. The app even has preset modes you can use to target specific areas or as part of a warmup routine to keep later irritations at bay. In my opinion, you simply can't go wrong with this one!

The guy was broke when I bought it had to bring it back and they didn't has another one in stock. So I had to buy from another store.

This massager really delivers a great massage! It is very powerful and quiet. Easy to mange because it is light. I like how it has different types of adaptors for an excellent massage every time!

The Hypervolt 2 Pro is the dream for the athletic type of person. I think almost every person has experienced tight muscles after running or doing some other kind of activity. This massager is amazing to help loosen up muscles and make it easier to continue working out. The design of this massager is small, sleek, and well built. Unlike massager of the past this one is small enough to fit inside a gym bag and is battery powered so you can use it anywhere. The battery also lasts for a long time and should be able to be used for multiple days without needing to be charged. It comes with several different attachments all built out of high-quality materials. I have used other similar massagers that were not built as well and the materials would start to break down over long periods of time. I do not feel that will be the case with this massager. The only adjustments on it are speed. Ironically, I found it to be much less smooth when on the lower settings. But if you put it on the medium to high settings it is much smoother on working out your muscles. It comes with a small case to hold all of the different attachments but does not come with a case for the massager. I was a little disappointed as it is nice to be able to store everything together inside of one larger case. Especially, since the charger is proprietary I would hate to lose it. The Hypervolt 2 pro is a high-quality massager built to last. I believe that anyone who is big on exercise or into sports needs to have one of these. I would also like to mention that it makes for a great back massager. Of course, that requires someone else to use it but it is great for working out the muscles.

I am an older man that started my fitness quest later in life. I am sore after many of my workouts and I don’t recover as fast as I did in my younger years. My chiropractor has used a similar device to loosen my muscles prior to treatments in the past and I have always wanted one for home. This is an amazing massage device and it provides immediate relief. I appreciate that it has multiple speeds to vary the areas that need to be treated. Let’s face it, some areas of our bodies have thicker muscles than others, where the intensity needs to be varied by body region. The massager comes with multiple percussion heads and is rechargeable. It’s nice not having cords to deal with when using it. It works great and helps me to recover much faster now that I have been using it. It gives me instant muscle relief when I need it.

good power. like the variety of heads and speeds. the app is ok not great thus the 4 star rating. the follow along is rushed and doesn't allow time to switch heads. Hyperice customer service was not very helpful with my initial purchase that had a charging issue but Best Buy was fantastic with swapping it out. I'd probably recommend the non Bluetooth version and save a few bucks

I tried out a couple of the attachment head pieces, the feeling was akin to sitting in an electronic massage chair, except better because you control where to place the massage head rather than a mindless machine moving past areas that need attention. After using it, body is looser and i had a big smile from the good feelings it gave me.

Amazing packaging, simple setup, long lasting battery, and helpful video guides online make this product an easy recommendation! The Hyperice - Hypervolt 2 Pro Premium Percussion Massage Gun has made my after workouts more enjoyable. This one has all the bells and whistles, and a tip for each type of need. I used other cheaper guns, but the force of this one beats them all! Hypervolt has never let me down!

This has been a saving grace for my constantly sore and tight muscles. I use the app every night to do a quick routine before bed which has been incredible for my recovery the next day. Worth every penny!

Takes the pain away. Complete recovery in a day as opposed to uncomfortable soreness for two or three days. Maybe a little on the heavy side for most women or tiny dudes. The weight is what works for me.....more pressure less effort. Must have product. The real deal. I still haven't got past level 3.

As a runner, I do get tightness and soreness in my shoulders and legs. This device does an excellent job of loosening up the muscles and no discomfort. It has many speed settings depending on what I need. It's also very durably built. If you need something to loosen up your muscles, this is a must have device.

Hands down the best massage experience I have had outside of paying for one. I like the fact that I can use it anytime, anywhere. I take it with me when I play sports and use it before and after to prepare and recover. Also, I like using it with the fork attachment on my feet before bed—so relaxing!

This is a powerful tool! It really gets in there and kneads out the hard kinks. So happy I purchased this!
