I've used this massage gun for years at my gym, and needed it now that I work out at my house more often. Perfect for warm up/easing down soreness.

Didn’t think much of this device but after using it for sore muscles after sprint exercises or weight lifting, I found out it was great for recovery.

Massage gun does the job for massaging need to use the proper attachments for the gun or wherever your using them then it works good.

Pair it with the free Hyperice App. Set up- The Hypervolt is packaged well in a nice neat box, which makes it great for storage. Upon opening it up, you should first fully charge the device for a maximum of 6 hours. Download the Hyperice app and create a log in. I would recommend exploring the app while your device is charging. It will tailor news and videos based on your activity. The app will pair with Apple Health and Strava for even a more personalized experience and monitor your progress. Usage- It's very easy to use. First pick which attachment you want and insert it into the device. There are 5 different attachments included, depending on which muscles or areas of the body you're focusing on. There is a helpful flash card to help you quickly reference. The attachments are easy to switch out, just push or pull to interchange. There's a switch to turn it on that's located on bottom of the handle. There are 5 tiny lights on the back that show you the battery level. Then, you choose what pressure you'd like by repeatedly pressing a button on the back- there's a high, medium and low. There are also tiny lights to reflect your choice for this too. Now you're all set to massage. The Hypervolt Bluetooth Percussion Massage Device is perfect for athletes, anyone active or just generally sore. I really believe this is helpful for any person. It will definitely improve how you feel. I personally enjoy it when someone else is using the massage device on me to completely relax. Obviously, it's impossible to massage your own entire back, so that's the one downside is sometimes you have to have someone else available to use it on you. But there is quite a bit you're able to reach and do yourself. It's also quite expensive as an initial purchase. But if you think about how much a weekly massage would cost you, this would quickly pay for itself. I like the range the Hypervolt offers. It can really address the entire body (excluding your head) with different pressures and attachments. I'm happy I have the Hypevolt.
