Works as expected

When it being operated, the piston area pinch my skin, when I accidentally touch the area with my finger (awfully painful & having blood blister) . I think this must be fixed asap unless otherwise, it would bring enormous legal actions. If you want to hear the detailed description, please contact me thru my email.

Nothing gentle about this device

It's lowest setting is not slow and gentle. It starts high and only gets higher. This isn't for a gentle massage at all so if you're looking for something that will allow for a gentle massage approach don't pick this device.
