Not the most comfortable massager to use!

Great for Sore Backs

Beware

Not once. We had to return it. Now I don’t know if it was operator error but if the product doesn’t work straight out of the box and you need a college degree to operate the product then that is on the company.

Now it makes an awful rattling sound and Best Buy will not stand behind it. Manufacture says for warranty it must be purchased from their website only
