    The product was great, It had a weak neck so I had to return it. The geek squad took amazing care of us and replaced it. The warranty is 100% worth it. Thank you all.

    Great at what it does, in terms of massaging. I am very happy with how it feels, and I like how compact and portable it is. Decent battery life as well. However, I am knocking three stars off due to its poor implementation of USB charging. I tested this device with an assortment of chargers that are known to work, and found that it will not charge from a USB-PD charger/brick. (For full clarity, I tested with USB-C chargers that are capable of delivering the 5V, 2A required, in addition to meeting the USB-PD specification.) It only seems to work by using a legacy USB-A to USB-C cable. This, in some ways, defeats the purpose of USB Type-C. Very strange and disappointing to see this occur in a 2023 product.

    Its a great product but I wish it had one more speed that wasnt as fast. I cant use it because it hurts but my boyfriend enjoys it

    This was a birthday gift for my son. He picked it out and loves it. Given his job, educational background, and focus on fitness, I am sure he will get a lot of use for it and can practice for treating patients.

    Decent but dies SO SO FAST, it does take some beatings in my house by my toddlers and it hasn’t given up on me yet. Durable lol

    Amazing massager. However we opted to upgrade to the Pro. This is a different experience that most massagers, as it can percuss. That in itself makes for a better massage for deeo muscles.
