The force applied to the body was not strong and it would begin to stall out if I pressed a bit into a trigger point. I didn’t like the on/off mechanism. Too many button presses/holds, and would shut off too fast if I took a break on the off position. It’s hard to explain. There app was also not loading content when I tried viewing the videos. They should upload the videos into the app instead of relying on a server. I wish these would also be USB-C chargeable too. Requires you to connect to a wall outlet. The pros - great experience with there customer service, very fast to get in contact with, they were willing to send me a replacement but I was afraid it would be the same quality device so I exchanged it for another brand. The wall outlet charger also had a decent amount of wire length. The ergonomics is not perfect but I did like the handle.
