Stoped working after one year it was great while it lasted but can’t believe it stopped working so quickly

Retuned product after a few days. Very happy d to maneuver product to reach lower back

Recommend the original Hypervolt or the Plus - I have them both and they are amazing!!!! This one stops without much pressure.

Purchased this to be given as a birthday gift. The recipient reported the item stopped working after one week! After one week, item battery will not recharge. The local Bestbuy where the recipient lives stated, "it's nothing they can do"!

Woah, this device has some juice. From setup to use its very easy. Just charge it and it’s ready for action. The battery life is pretty darn good. We can use it several times without having to charge it. There’s a light ring towards the end of the handle that indicates battery life based on the colors green, yellow, red. And at the very bottom along with the ring light, a blue light that does the same when charging. The handle at first, felt a bit big in my hands, but quickly adjusted. There’s a rubberized coating that keeps it from slipping out of your hands. To me it is a tad bit heavy, but I don’t have another percussion massage device to compare it to. The weight is solid and it feels and performs well. It isn’t small but it isn’t as large as the others I’ve seen. The carrying case is a great addition, it’s easy to store and travel with. It comes with two attachments but we found out that it can use all of the attachments if purchased separately, so we went ahead and ordered the other Hyperice attachments and cannot wait to use it with the Hypervolt Go. My muscles get tight and I have tons of knots in my shoulder upper back area, and I suffer from back pain. This device has helped me tremendously. We use it everyday. It’s extremely relaxing and it’s become kind of like, “you scratch my back, and I scratch yours” [insert massage] with my husband and I. It feels amazing on every muscle, especially legs after a workout. You don’t need the app to use it, however you can download it if you feel that you need or want the content available on it. It’s not directly Bluetooth capable, so it’s good right out of the box. I wish that there were two separate buttons to turn it on and off. Instead you have to cycle through ..low(very powerful)..medium(woah)..high(wowzers)..off. It’s not a deal breaker, just figured I would mention. We took video in slow motion and wow it’s so cool. I just wish we could upload it for you to see. We have wanted one of these for a while but didn’t know which one was best. Well guys this is it, especially it’s your first one. It has just enough pressure, it’s very firm and solid. The two attachments are great and honestly it’s probably all that you need.

Started making weird noises and smoking bad. Had used it for about a week only when it went bad.

This is the second Hyperice product I have owned but this is my first Hypervolt Go. The first one stopped working after a year and this Hypervolt GO quit after just 3 months. Beware.

I should have returned this item immediately. The shape of the actual massager is very uncomfortable. Purchased it for my husband an he’s never been able to use it.

Literally turned it on for 5 min to test it. Got home and charged it....DEAD. lights would turn on but wouldn't operate. Returned for a theragun and couldn't be happier.

Mine arrived defective and customer support was not helpful. Switching mine out for another brand. Followed all instructions and troubleshooting with no luck.

Used the massager maybe 10 times and it quit working. The massager turns on and works for 10 seconds and turns off. It is fully charged and I have tried multiple times to charge again and still doesn’t work

Poor quality motor. I could make it stop with only marginal pressure…doesn’t even penetrate tissue at the highest speed because as I apply pressure, it stops the percussive action. Not worth it.

I tend to have muscle soreness from delivering packages all day and this little thing has been a wonder. I've been working out knots that have been in my back and shoulders for ages. With anything medical though, it does have a learning curve. I found that out when I ran it over a joint on accident and felt the sting of this unit directly on the bone. The app you can download does give some instruction if you use it for recovery from workouts, but the unit itself is fairly easy to learn. The battery life indicator is the color of the ring when it is turned on. You will likely figure this out on your own, but this unit does not come with a paper manual, so I'm passing on the information.

This massager does the job and then some. It comes with two attachment heads to choose from, one pointy and one flat. They both feel amazing on sore muscles. The unit charges quickly and indicates it's ready with a green ring lit around the bottom. The initial charge time is 6 hours. My mom has a hypervolt and it was $300. This one feels as good as that, but costs less. Hers came with 5 attachment heads. She says she only really uses one or two. I guess that is why this one comes with more practical options and no extra fluff. When it begins to lose charge, the ring turns yellowish. I like that feature a lot. The other feature I love is that it is cordless. I have an older (more expensive) massager that has the cumbersome cord to wrestle with. The sound is fine, not over bearing at all. There are 3 speeds: fast, faster, and super fast. This thing is amazing :).

I have been having chronic shoulder pain and thought a percussion massager might help. This really does the trick. I have been using it 2-3 times a day on my shoulder and it really seems to help my pain. It is very well built and seems to hold a charge for a long time. There are many YouTube videos on how to use it for various parts of your body and I have also found it to be very beneficial to use on sore muscles after a workout. It is very quiet and I can use it while sitting on the couch and watching tv. I am going to get some of the other tips for it as this one only comes with 2 the bullet and flat. The only drawback is the app for Hyperice is only available on the app store and is not available on the Google Play store. Overall highly recommended if you have chronic pain or as a tension reliever after a workout.

Battery life is 5 minutes. i charged it for 2 hours 3 times and still 5 minutes every time

Brand new, but didn’t work at all. Fully charged it but it would not turn on. Poor quality control.

Maybe used the thing once a month and it didn’t even last a year.
