Too expensive. The technology is good but you would not be a target audience if you work out very little. Seems to be of the price only athlete’s can say it’s worth it.

My first experience with the regular Hypervolt was at my chiropractor’s office. They use it to loosen trigger points and relax muscles before treatment. It was very effective. I normally have deep tissue massages and also have previously owned a massager that I thought was doing a great deep tissue massage. The Hypervolt Plus has a LOT of power. Probably enough to deep massage an elephant. First, it is very easy to fully charge in just a few hours and the charge lasts for 3+ hours of use. It is still going strong for us on the first charge. There is an app you can download from the Apple store. The app isn’t available for Android. It is worth downloading as you can pick a muscle group you are targeting and watch videos that will help you. You can also input your fitness routine for better recommendations. The Hypervolt Plus weighs about 3 lbs. My small hands can hold it but bigger hands would hold it more comfortably. It is so nice that you don’t have to worry about a cord. Just be careful when first using it on someone else as you will need to start with light pressure on the lowest setting or they will scream with pain. I have a knee issue and a couple of previously injured spots. The Cushion and the Ball attachments work great on the knee area. It is very easy to use on yourself. My husband helped me with my back and used a little too much pressure and I was sore the next day. It did loosen up the muscles between the shoulder blades very well. There are 5 attachments and included is a guide as to which area each is best at. It would have been nice if they included the case. You can purchase one but it really should have been included with the price of the device. It only comes with a small case for the 5 attachments. The Hypervolt Plus is an effective tool. It was easy to use and following along with a video on the app helped my technique. The extra power may not be for everyone, the regular Hypervolt might be a better choice.

Works well for some areas like legs, but virtually imposible to properly hold and work on your traps/neck properly. Overpriced for a machine that will probably fail after a year.
