I bought this from Bestbuy and came defective like it absolutely didn’t power up. Yes I followed all pre- use charging instructions. Anyway tried getting customer service but the wait was almost 3 hours. I get it we’re in a pandemic but this thing was supposed to be new plus high dollar and I already waited. I did the next best thing. I contacted hyperice directly the got me a RMA. I shipped them mine and they sent me one back almost immediately after receiving mine. We’ll see if this lasts though.

this massager is unbelievable, takes knots out with ease. theonly concern is that it is only used on light settings.
