    So I had to buy this twice. First time I ordered it I received a machine that would suddenly stop working as soon as you started it up. I took it back immediately and got a refund. I figured it was just a defective item. I ordered another figuring okay this one will be better. I’ve used it a handful of times and now all of a sudden it’s not charging. I’ve switched it around to multiple outlets and still no change in its charge. It’s a great machine when it’s actually working and charging properly, but to pay so much for something so temperamental is really ridiculous. If you’re going to have people pay top dollar these defects need to be completely ironed out otherwise it just seems like a half-baked product that you’re offering people. Sure it’s sexy and has a lot of power, but it shouldn’t be breaking down from the start or unable to charge. Disappointed.
