Defective Battery

Good thing my husband was so anxious to open the box when he learned I bought the Hypervolt Plus. He charged the unit for 6 hours but the battery was still on the second light. Then he continued charging it overnight but nothing happened. Returned it but still planning to get a new one since my daughter has one that works perfectly.

Was going to return but tried it later and it started up. I attributed it to the cold and began using it. Works really well but is very loud initially. Sounds a bit sickly when starting. For what I paid I feel like the quality should be better. Other than those quality concerns it’s been fantastic for massage.

Defective

The product did not work out of the box. Yes I charged it for 6 hrs, Yes I checked to see that the battery was correctly seated Very disappointing that these devices are not checked for function. Kinda make you wonder how long it would have lasted if it did work....
