I purchased for my my wife. She liked the movement of the massage unit, but not the vibration of it. She tried it a couple of times, but could not get passed it.

So this is our second one in three months from Best Buy and it’s starting to make abnormal grinding noises. I believe we are taking it back tomorrow.

This device is only good for sore muscles. It made my chronic shoulder pain even worse. I feel my brain gets liquified if I used it on my shoulders.

My parents are a little on the older side and the different levels of massages are a little too intense for them

Normal hyperice seems to work as well as this for most uses. Not sure the extra power is needed. Battery failed within 6 months.

I bought this for my pregnant wife. She had shoulder pain, but she didn't care for the intensity of the massager.

this item would only be perfect for individuals with a certain body built, which should be specified on their marketing. the settings is limited and the motion of the device is unaccommodating. they should come up with a more versatile design and with a longer lasting battery life usage.

It was a nice item but I don’t feel like it worked for me

Sadly another product I was excited for but it broke within 10 mins and started to smell like burning plastic. Customer service was nice enough to exchange it but the did the exchange wrong and then I had points taken away. The product was 450$ and I got it for $400 price match and the receipt is saying the exchange was fo 350$? So where’s my other $50 dollars then...gonna need a follow up with that. Will review when I get the new one in the 21st.

I bought this massage gun a little less than 2 years ago for $475.94. I also bought one for my husband. First, his stopped working and now mine has too. They still charge and the green ring lights up but that’s it. We rarely used them but it was great to have them when we were in a bad way. Now they don’t work and I’m out nearly $1000.

This massage device is Too strong, Very painful . Should just order regular one . This plus version is too strong

I didn't think think spending $400 for a massager and a case (on sale) that it would arrive dead out of the box. Im on the fence about exchanging it or just taking my money and spending a quarter of it on a cheaper pulsating rechargeable device from China. Very disappointing

It was painful to use on the person and for the person holding it. Took it back.

Looks like I received a repackaged unit. Finger print marks on the same location as others have posted. The hypervolt plus I received is also dead out of box. Been charging for several hours but won’t turn on. The battery will flash red for a few seconds the goes to solid red for a few seconds then green.

I got this after having the original silver Hypervolt, I could not leave this especially with the Black Friday discount. This product is amazing and well worth it. It is just as quiet as the original Hypervolt and when they say it is crazy powerful, it is. The stronger motor and what seems like a longer stroke really makes this even more effective especially on the glutes and legs. As a mountain biker, my legs and glutes need constant attention and this Hypervolt does amazing wonders to warm up my muscles for the ride then afterwards help in the recovery by reducing pain and soreness. Thank you for this amazing product.

We need to bring it back as the power button is broken. This is how it came. We were able to turn off and on but it’s not going to last. Although we love it so can’t wait to get one that isn't broken

Excellent for post exercise or post bike rides. I loved it!

It has done nothing but fall apart since I got it, requiring one repair and then a tightening of the screws inside, and then finally exploding as it all shook apart. It's garbage made of Chinesium and any run of the mill massager would have been just as good if not better.

Any one know the difference between this 2 models ?
