But WAY TOO much strength for let’s say a female, or even a smaller man. I tried to use it twice, both times I felt as if I were being punched. Would be great if there was a setting lower, then the lowest setting.

Needs some things tweaked, but has “good bones”

Still pretty harsh, but it has been helpful for some issues. Seems well-made, so far. Also, at this price, it should have had a case with a handle for storage and portability.
