quality is a big concern
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.product dead after a year's light usage. think before purchase. Out of warranty, you either pay extra $99 for repair or buy a new one less $99 dollars. For a massage machine costing high, I wont buy anything which only lasts for a year.

messager
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.the massage device is a little too aggressive and really does not do what it is advertised to do. The price for the product would make you believe that it is better than it is

Ehh, nice but not worth it.
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This was the only percussion massager I’ve ever tried, but for how expensive it is I did not think it was worth it. I ended up returning it. It works, exactly as you expect, but there are ones that was way cheaper.

NBA sponsored, not every person sponsored.
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great quality but not for "everyday people" in my opinion. Even the lowest mode was more hurtful than pleasurable for the person I bought it for as a gift. Too powerful for a place like your calf. It's basically a power tool.

Overheats quickly
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Had it less than a month and noticed how quickly it overheats when using. After having it for maybe the third week I saw how it started melting around the opening area of where you put in the attachments which then in turn started tearing at the rubber part of the attachments.

Good Massager But A Little Too Rough At High Speed
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The Hyperice Hypervolt massager is an overall decent massaging device. It is said to help relieve muscle soreness and stiffness, improves range of motion, promotes circulation, accelerates warmup and recovery, its lightweight, and easy-to-use for self-myofascial release. It comes with 4 different style heads to vary up the way the massager works. The unit itself seems sturdy and well made and is balanced well with the weight of the battery. Overall it does a great job loosening up my tight hamstrings and my back muscles and has more than enough battery life for multiple uses on one charge. The one thing I will say with this device is its almost too powerful for its own good. Anything really above Level 1 is almost too much with any of the attachments. The motor in the massager is so strong it literally hurts on Level 2, and Level 3 well forget about it. I think it has great portability because its wireless but for 350 dollars I would think you could find a similar device that does the same thing for cheaper. Overall I'm not sure I would pay the money again for something that really doesn't have any function past pulsating. If it somehow could incorporate heat I think it would make it even better, but for now I would say spend your money elsewhere unless you really want a strong device for deep tissue massage.

This massager is NOT for everyone.
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I got this massager gun last week on 9/20/2019 and I returned it today 9/28/2019. I am a Best Buy Elite Member at Best Buy and I was charged a $15 restocking fee. I was told that there is a fee for this product and it doesn’t matter if you’re a elite or whatever. This product is very harsh to be used for anyone’s back. Maybe good on leg or arm but I don’t recommend this to anyone. I also tried it on a few others in the family and everyone agreed that it’s to rough. Not only it didn’t help to relax me, I was in pain from using it.

Love It!
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I Love this massager! I have a chronic knee aches but cannot stop playing basketball. However, once my knee starts hurting I use this device for 30 minutes and I fall asleep and wake with a recharge. The device is not overtly loud and is easy to charge.

Not worth the $$
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Retuned after owning for a few weeks. Couldn’t justify the price tag especially when there are much cheaper options available.

Texanna
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I would not give Best Buy a good Overall Rating. I believe that my purchase had been a return or a store employee used product. I have a defective item that will not charge and the charger cord is also defective. I have tried to contact Hyperice/Hypervolt without receiving return calls and no help on email when I have tried to contact (Griffin)

Vey Impressive Piece of Equipment!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is the most impressive piece of equipment we have purchased in a long time. The Hypervolt is a very quiet, effective and useful massager; easy to charge up for use and very easy to handle and use on your own. I have been experiencing issues with my right arm due to all day computer work at my job, I have been using this daily on my upper arm, shoulder, forearm and the pain is virtually gone. I do use the massager each night before bed and I have found I sleep better and wake up less stiff or sore in the mornings. My husband has found it helpful to massage muscles overused while golfing or just working in the yard. We are 57 years old and find this one of our best purchases made over the years! Best Buy staff at the Maple Grove MN store were amazing and thank you to Geek Squad member Aiden who happened to find this in the back warehouse after other staff could not locate the item and had told me they were not in stock - excellent service!!

Good Controllable Massager
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The hypervolt is a handheld massaging device that's designed to alleviate tight or cramped muscles and tissues. It's drill-driver like shape gives the impression that it is more designed for one person to use on another though it appears the intent is personal use. The shape and attachments do make reaching just about every muscle on the body relatively easily, though some contortion and practicing in the mirror is required for tough to reach areas like the middle back. Once charged up, you're good to go for about three hours. I doubt anyone will use it continuously for that amount of time but it is good to be able to get several sessions on a single charge. Surprisingly, speed control isn't variable via a twist grip of some sort instead pressing the power button to cycle through three discrete speeds. I found myself mostly using the ball and small disc attachments. Those allowed the best application of force to muscles on my back and thighs. I'd like something with a smaller point to really get a point deep tissue massage but the barrel and tine type attachments don't quite cut it for me. In all, it's a bit more fun than the contortionist stretching I'd donne previously to try and target muscles using the hard backrest of a couch or foam yoga blocks. It's not a completely quiet running device, honestly about what you'd expect for something that seems to be modeled in part on a drill-driver.
