It has a powerful motor and the battery lasts a long time, even for continuous use of about 30 minutes each time. I charge this about once maybe twice a week and use it almost daily. I’m 5’2, 117 lbs and I don’t find the weight of this thing cumbersome at all. I definitely recommend.

We use this before and after we go rock climbing and do workouts. Husband said it helps significantly in his runs as well. I use it for my neck and shoulder pains and it makes a HUGE difference!

Note it is not ordinary massager and is to be used for max 2-5 minutes per muscle group. Great unit to loosen up tight muscles and create blood flow circulation. Also great for reducing muscle fatigue and releasing lactic acid in muscles post/during workouts. If you’re looking to use this like shiatsu massage or chair rolling massage this is not intended for that form of use.
