The battery in this $300 device is the same as the massage devices that cost $75 and the overall construction appears quite similar too. I would look elsewhere for a lower-priced model, as the other brands work just as well, if not better.

The different speed setting options are good if you want to get a deeper massage and the different head types work really well depending on what you want. I normally use it for pre and post workouts to increase blood flow so there’s no muscle soreness during the workout.

If you are hurting or just in need of a better recovery method. This item is great! It’s a plus if you have someone massage the areas you can’t reach. I bought this twice cause it’s amazing, especially after leg day.
