bought this for my wife because she has neck and back pain. We love it but haven't used it as much as we thought. the different heads vary from intense to low but it all depends on how you use it. I would suggest reviewing from videos on best practices.

I was hesitant about paying this much money but if I think about how much less frequently i have to go to a masseuse it's well worth it. Especially if you just have one problem area that needs frequent work. Lots of attachments so you can find the right pressure and texture. Highly recommended!

We had it for a couple months and wife uses quite a bit. However our unit battery complete died or went dormant where it stopped charging. This happened after being dead for 2 weeks. Lucky for me it was covered by the manufactures warranty which they where awsome to send a battery replacement.

It works really well. Not the miracle I hoped for, but still helps quite a bit. Very powerful and easy to use.

Super easy to handle! Much lighter than other devices in the market. The battery can Use up to one week if you use it daily.

Searched everywhere for a better price but chose BestBuy because I had some reward certificates anyhow. I bought this for my girlfriend, and she swears by it. She uses it on her glute/hip, and most notably says it has quickly helped/eradicated her plantar fasciitis. I just wish it were a bit cheaper.

An absolute MUST BUY! One of the best investments I’ve ever made. If your muscles are sore/hurting, just use this bad boy to get you back out there! I’ll be sore one day, use the hypervolt message gun and then feel GREAT the next day! Would highly recommend

Years of muscle stiffness and an inability to work out solved. I had major surgery two years ago and scar tissue has prevented me from using my right arm for anything. I’ve used this to break up that scar tissue and now I’m back to lifting weights and working out like I used to.

We purchased our first one of these from Equinox where we were able to try it out first. During this Covid time with lots of screen time and strained necks and backs, we decided we needed a second one. It has been awesome! A great product that works wonders on the body.

My wife totally loves this. I was nervous about the brand and quality since so many different models were on the market. I knew if best buy carried it I would get quality. It hasnt failed me. Motor is strong and the functionality is as stated.

I can honestly say this thing is amazing. I know it sounds too good to be true, but I pulled a muscle in my back, and it helped the pain reduce significantly in just a couple days. This seems expensive, but it was well worth the price tag. Best purchase from Best Buy I’ve made.

I have been waiting to purchase this massage gun for some time now and I am SO glad I did. I use this almost every day after a long day at work and exercise. It has made a substantial difference in muscle soreness and my flexibility. I highly recommend this product!

We have definitely gotten our moneys worth on this product. We bought it for our sons High School Senior year of basketball and it has been doing double duty for basketball and baseball since. My husband uses it for his sore muscles too...........great product!

very helpful for times like after running or working in the yard where muscles are sore and tired but rolling and stretching doesn't seem to help; less expensive than other models but still has a lot of nice features

This device is amazing! I know it is pricey, but if you have major tension, muscle knots, it is worth every penny! The Hypervolt Vibration is so intense it will make your teeth rattle, and that is only the first level setting! If you work out a lot, this baby will be your new friend!

It’s okay, a little over priced. I wish the massager would come with a diagram show different massage techniques.

Great machine to reach deep into muscle and "attempt" to relieve knots in my tendons and muscles thanks to tendinitis in both arms. Wish it weighed a bit less, but then again I usually am running it for a lot longer than the recommended run time of 30mins per use.
