Works great on muscles and joints. Able to use on yourself or have a friend or relative assist you in areas your unable to each. Great for the back and neck. Recommend to everyone I know.

We were able to get this on sale. I was a bit skeptical at first since it's not the same one our physical therapist uses but was pleasantly surprised at how well it works

I wanted a percussion massager to work through the normal day after my workout soreness and this was the right choice. Much quieter than the Theragun and certainly does the job.

We live it.great for athletes and wanna be atheletes. Not recommended for elderly or those who don’t like firm strong pressure . Best if someone else can apply it but self use also fine .

I bought this for a Christmas gift, so not sure if it is really great or not, but I did have a sales clerk tell me that it was awesome. He hated spending the money on it, but he and all of his friends thought it was well worth it. I'm going off of his recommendation, but I'm pretty sure it will be awesome.

I purchased this for my son to help with his aches and muscles while he is training. It has amazing force and pressure. I suggest this for anyone who is having aches and needs quicker recovery.

My hip flexors, quads and IT band tend to get tight no matter how much stretching I do. This device helps loosen up my lower extremities and prefer over rolling over a form roller on a daily basis.
