Powerful massager! I've only tried the ball and the flat attachments and they're both good. The handle is big for my hand and it's hard to hold for a long time. After holding it for awhile my forearm needs a massage.

Received the item as expected and it was a great device for relaxation. It soothes muscle fatigue and bidy aches.

Bought on Sunday at like 1pm, spent the whole afternoon trying to make it work. Says charge up to 6 hours, other customer support says it should work even after 2 hours of charge. The thing wouldn’t even stay on for more than 3 seconds. The box was sealed but somehow had a bunch of mud or brown stuff on the inside of the box. Kind of have a feeling Best Buy sold me one that was opened, used, resealed, and returned. Reached out to the company about the muddy box and they said they’ve never seen that or heard of a product coming like that and not working at all. Fully disappointed. Chiropractic student soon to be in practice and wanted this for myself and future patients. Will not be recommending to anyone.
