Really gets every tense spot. You dont have to push it into your back/Body as much as other devices to feel the massage.

I bought this device on the recommendation of a physical therapist, as I had post-surgery problems with muscles in my leg. It really helped to loosen up the tight area. Have continued to use it - also great on any type of cramp.

Bought on Sunday at like 1pm, spent the whole afternoon trying to make it work. Says charge up to 6 hours, other customer support says it should work even after 2 hours of charge. The thing wouldn’t even stay on for more than 3 seconds. The box was sealed but somehow had a bunch of mud or brown stuff on the inside of the box. Kind of have a feeling Best Buy sold me one that was opened, used, resealed, and returned. Reached out to the company about the muddy box and they said they’ve never seen that or heard of a product coming like that and not working at all. Fully disappointed. Chiropractic student soon to be in practice and wanted this for myself and future patients. Will not be recommending to anyone.

With this item I bought it cuz I was having issues with tense trap muscles, which made me use it a lot when I first bought it and inside of two weeks and started to malfunction a little bit where I would turn it on and have to physically take the attachment and pull on it or push on it to get it to start moving and in my opinion the money I paid it should start having quarks until way down the road I couldn't return it simply because my card was expired I put it on my ex-girlfriends card and we are no longer speaking so I got the short end of the stick otherwise it would have went back for a different one it did however work out my tense trap muscles after 2 weeks

Bought it few months ago. This massager is way better than what I was expecting! So far it’s working pretty well.
