    It works well! Just wish there were instructions on using it. I had to search out videos online to get comfortable to use it, i was prone to muscle spasms after workouts. They rarely happen now,

    It works great when someone is giving you the therapy. However I find it a little hard to hold if I was to treat my lower back or traps. It’s also on the heavy side
