Battery dies and no support
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Purchased original Normatec compression boots in 2016 for $1,500 and got a new battery in 2018. The battery has stopped working and replacement cost is $450. It’s a shame prior customers get “modeled out” for that investment. Agree with other reviewers that customer support is lacking.

Product Failure/No customer support
