After been using for two weeks I have to say it’s well recommended for anyone, but if you doing any type of training it’s the best to recovery.

I was worried about the battery life when i purchased them, but they have exceeded my expectations. As well as they work amazing with fatigue!

These are amazing for recovery! Especially after sports games when you really need to get the blood and oxygen to your legs.

I work every day with a lot of standing for many hours a day in addition to my weekly workouts at the gym. Before I got these compression boots I’d notice a lot of fatigue after my shifts, and while resting in bed helped it never really felt like enough for me to be ready the next day. I’ve used these compression boots for about a week now at the standard intensity for 30 minutes/day, and I don’t feel as restless anymore. Setup is quick and easy since everything is self contained within each boot, which also means I can use it wherever I want due to the built in battery. I also like how once I’m done using it everything folds back up into a small bag for easy storage and travel. I’m going to try ramping up the intensity, but right now at the standard level it feels like a nice massage going up and down my legs. Each chamber of the boots can be synchronized together through the app as the fill up with air and deflate as they go to the next section. Overall I’m happy with the performance. I bought these on sale for $899, but even at the normal price I feel like they’re worth it.

High-quality build and very effective for recovery. The compression is customizable and noticeably helps reduce soreness after workouts. It’s portable, easy to use, and became a key part of my marathon training to help speed up recovery time. Pricey, but worth it if recovery is a priority.

I think I like them. The battery feature is really solid. I’ve been able to use them maybe 6 times before needing to recharge. The compression feels amazing in the foot/calf region but I don’t feel like it compresses enough in the thighs to make a difference. Rating 4 stars because the price is steep for these, but I enjoy using them so I’ll continue to use them.

Purchased as a Christmas gift for my wife. We’re in our mid 40’s & she loves CrossFit & currently training for her 1st full marathon. She absolutely loves it! Her recovery time has significantly improved between runs & workouts. Would 100% recommend to anyone with an active lifestyle. It is totally worth it!

I already had the Normatc pro. I bought these and it very convenient. It seems to have a technology upgrade as well. lThey are very easy to use. love these elites.

This is an amazing apparatus! Looks cumbersome, and it takes a minute to figure out the losgistics of how to slip into them but I use with a reclining chair and viola! Great results. Use 3X's per week, 30 minute sessions with 4 zones. It's truely healing.

As someone who works in the recovery and wellness field, I’ve tried several compression boots, and these are by far my favorite. The pressure levels are adjustable, the session duration is perfect, and the recovery I get after using them is unmatched. I use them daily after workouts and also with my clients — everyone loves how their legs feel afterward. Great for reducing soreness, improving circulation, and speeding up recovery. Totally worth the investment.

If you struggle with foot, calf, knee, or thigh pain - I really feel that if you have the means and the space, this is a great therapeutic tool to have in the closet. I get pretty bad swelling after long days of walking, running, riding the bike, etc. and I can say these definitively reduce swelling and help with edema/fluid. If I wake up with fluid in my knees and do a 30 minute session with these, I can get right back into activity. For that, they are worth it to me.

Not having any wires is so worth it their compression boots were already good but now since they’re wireless nothing is left to be desired. These are the pinnacle of compression boots.

I have been a big fan of these ever since I purchased them. They are very convenient with the built in pumps and no corded connections. Battery life is excellent, and they are easy to use with or without the app.

Absolutely amazing! I have been training for my first marathon and they help keep my legs feeling great! The is a significant difference in how my legs feel when I don’t use my boots after my long run and even my shorter runs too.
