It works well on tight muscles, I use on my hamstrings and back. It helps when I work in the yard all day. I've only used on setting 1, and roll up and down right area. Very happy with purchase.

Expensive at 199$ Review ------ I saw this product on youtube and i decided to get it for my herniated disc. There are good videos on the hyperice (manufacturer's website which you can use for your exercises. I think using the roller, i am able to get relieve on my sore back. I also tried some of the other exercises like Gultes, Calf and Hamstring Muscles and i feel that after a round of exercise, the feeling was very good. It actually works better than a massager and since you are exercising on top of it, it has a double effect. This is the first time i am using a roller so i do not have the experience with a non-vibrating roller to compare against, but i think the roller vibrations along with the grooves really help relax your muscles. It has three vibration settings and i am more comfortable with the second level. I currently exercise my back on a regular basis and it seem to be helping. It does seem to last an hour and forty five minutes which is close to the rated 2 hours. I think this is a keeper! If only it was a $50 cheaper, i would have given it a 5*

This thing is strong, like good strong, so don’t panic if you see bruises or marks on your body. I think if they used these vibrators in other devices, then men would become useless.

i cannot reach everywhere and even i can it is not easy to handle it by yourself, I returned it as I purchased it for my neck but it does not work for me

I use this before and/or after my runs and it works great My family prefers that I use this downstairs so it doesn't sound like I'm shaking the whole house down XD
