Good headset would wear again. Easy to use and plug in.

I bought two of these the other week, one for my husband and one for me. I love the audio- it was great and the fit felt nice. However, I had to return it because the microphone on both headsets caused an echo in the Xbox party. I attempted to troubleshoot, and learned that these headphones often do have that issue (at least for Xbox One). I even exchanged them for new ones in case mine were faulty but it didn’t help. My volume wasn’t even halfway. Tried multiple controllers. Nothing worked. A real shame because I loved the audio on these. They would make good headphones if using a separate mic.

It's really good everything work and high Quality sound

Needed a comfier pair of headphones because I guess my right ear got bigger and was rubbing against the wall of my Artic 7 till my skin was getting raw and I can say they are much comfortable and don’t rub up again my ear. Giving a 4 because mic could pick up better. Have to have the mic right up to my lips for discord to pick up audio and it’s not a lot even at that point. Other than that very much worth it especially at the Black Friday/cyber Monday price got them for half off

Sound quality is good. Haven't had any complaints about mic quality. Comfortable and doesn't fit too snug. The best headset I've ever bought. Very happy with it.

My Son had a cheaper version but the headband and ear pieces were wearing out of course they were not still under warranty. So far he seems to like these better than the old ones

The sound and mic is reallly good. It’s everything I want in a headset however the only thing this keeps me from giving 5 stars is the fact is hurts the ears a tad. Maybe that’s me though.

Very comfortable ear pads even for those wearing glasses. However, it is not breathable which makes it difficult to use for long periods of time. The headset itself is sturdy so there is no worry about it breaking. Mic runs quiet so definitely increase your input sensitivity. The sound from games and music has a low focus on the bass and emphasizes the higher notes. I would sometimes get small headaches from the high notes, but that was probably due to my volume. You should definitely buy this if it is on sale.

Terrific sound, win 10 may need driver update but that’s a pc issue not headset, fits wonderfully (even over glasses), comfortable even an after several hours of wear. Would absolutely buy again

I like them, very comfortable and they have good sound quality for the price. I only wish they had a mic that relayed into my own ears when I speak so I have an idea of how loud I'm talking.

I needed an USB 2.0 A to B Cable. An employee got it for me and then checked with a computer person to make sure it was correct. The guy was from a different department but was helping out. He was very nice and friendly. Thank you.

Perfect headset I wish the cord was longer but overall great product and wonderful with sound blocking. My bf and I can game in the same room.

Comfy. Good sound. Good mic. Bought them to fill in while my other headset is getting RMA'ed. I will use these even after my wireless set comes back.

Clear sound and comfortable to wear. They do a good job of limiting outside sound, not quite noise cancelling but good

It a great quality headset and sounds nice. I did have a few annoying things though... 1. I use speakers and the headset so I don’t plug the speakers into the back of the headset and my speakers have one port for a headset and one for aux but the microphone port is at the back of the pc and the cable adapter for pc is not that long to reach it. 2. I get this buzzing noise in the background because of electrical interference since I have many electronics in one room. I haven’t found a way to fix this and it’s kind of annoying. 3. They are sort of uncomfortable around the temples especially if you have glasses.

I love this headset. Overall an Amazing Headset! Very Comfy, sound is very good and I can wear them for hours! I was lucky and got them for $70 on sale!

No issues whatsoever. Headphones work just as intended.
